Fast twin lane handling

Increase efficiency with twin lane handling for a variety of poultry products, including breast fillets, deboned thighs,and inner fillets. Delivering speeds to match the most demanding throughput requirements. The integrated retracting rejection system quickly removes contaminated products, while the return conveyor delivers rejected products back to the front of the conveyor for easier manual rework.

On manual labour. Reduced false positive detection rates limit operator intervention to check and rework rejected product that does not contain bone.

Photon counting detector combined with Ishida-patented Genetic Algorithm imaging means you can quickly inspect your food products for bones and other contaminants - even those with low density – while enjoying superior detecting sensitivity.

In performance tests, the IX-PD Series demonstrated near 100% detection rates for bones in a variety of products including breast fillets, butterflies, deboned thighs and inner fillets.Increasing accuracy compared to previous dual energy X-Ray systems.
